THREE HOSTS

ANNA INGRISCH

Anna Ingrisch is the host of the DR (Danish Broadcasting Corporation) podcast Genstart. She has previously been a presenter on TV 2 NEWS, Radio24Syv, DR2, and P1. She started as a host on the Louisiana LIVE stage back in 2018.

Anna Ingrisch (born in Nuuk in 1989) grew up in Aalborg and Esbjerg and became politically active at the age of 15. Her teenage years were spent attending courses in tax policy, political congresses, and engaging in international work.

With a Master’s degree in Public Administration (cand.scient.adm.) specialising in the EU, her original goal was to work at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – but, in her own words, she “side-stepped into journalism” through the two tv-programmes Clement and Debatten shown on DR2.

MARC-CHRISTOPH WAGNER

Growing up in a divided Berlin sparked an early interest in history, politics and society for Marc-Christoph Wagner (born in 1970).

After finishing secondary school, he went on to study political science and the history of political thought, before eventually being drawn to journalism. Based in Copenhagen, Marc-Christoph has reported on the Nordic region for German radio and television since 2004.

He was part of the team from the very beginning when Louisiana Channel was launched as a “public service channel” dedicated to art and culture online. And he did not hesitate to accept the role as host on Louisiana LIVE. It is the fulfilment of a long-held dream – the dream of engaging in meaningful conversations with people who truly have something to say.

GUNVER LYSTBÆK VESTERGARDÅRD

Gunver Lystbæk Vestergård (born in 1983) holds a Master’s degree in Journalism (cand.public.) and a PhD in science journalism. She is a science journalist at the newspaper Weekendavisen and has previously written for the online media Videnskab.dk, the magazine Illustreret Videnskab, and newspaper Jyllands-Posten.

Her main interests are physics, astronomy, and the history of science, but she is also keen to explore current societal issues through a scientific lens. She is the author of Fjerne kloder (Distant Worlds) and Vores levende univers (Our Living Universe), and co-author of several other popular science books.

Gunver Lystbæk Vestergård is the host of the Louisiana LIVE Science format.
